Santa Fe BMW and MINI are excited and proud to welcome Patrick Day to their team as the new General Manager. Patrick has come to Santa Fe with a background in Fixed Operations and was the Fixed Operations Director at San Francisco BMW and MINI for 11 years. He has substantial experience in the service department allowing him to be particularly sensitive to the quality of service his team is providing for customers. Patrick says that he is enjoying Santa Fe BMW and MINI’s positivity, enthusiasm about the brands, and their commitment to creating a premium experience for customers. He is very excited to continue working in the automotive industry and to be a member of the Santa Fe team, “I see massive advancements in technology in the pipeline and look forward to seeing how it will impact human mobility,” says Patrick.

Outside of work Patrick spends time with his wife, Hannah, and their two daughters, Petra (4) and Paloma (5). They draw unicorns, princesses and queens and watch shows with the same three subjects. He also enjoys woodworking, laughing and mountain biking. Lastly, his favorite car is the BMW X6 because it has an unapologetic identity and while he doesn’t currently own one he plans to in the future.

Santa Fe BMW MINI and BMW Motorcycles is proud to welcome Danny Brink to their team as new General Sales Manager. Danny has come with solid background in the automotive industry including time as a Master auto technician, salesperson and sales manager dating back to 1997. He is excited to join the team and states “I don’t think I have ever worked around a team and customer base that is so enthusiastic about a product. The team members and owners LOVE the BMW and MINI brands. I feel confident that I am part of something great here at Santa Fe BMW MINI!!”

Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife Tina and two teenage children, Isaac and Rachel. Danny enjoys road trips, watching movies and reading. Danny’s favorite BMW is the E46 M3 from many years ago. He also said the 650 Gran Coupe caught his attention. “I have a family now, I need space and the M3 won’t fit all of us!!”

Santa Fe BMW and MINI is proud to welcome Abraham Santistevan to their team as the new Finance Director. After his first year as a Client Advisor in 2019 with Santa Fe BMW, Abraham moved to finance and now works to assist our guests with with their purchase and leasing needs. He is excited to represent a premium luxury dealership that offers quality and a memorable buying experience. “It is a privilege to work for a company that has a high standard of excellence, and at the forefront of innovation with regards to new and more efficient technologies in the automotive industry”, says Abraham.

Outside of work Abraham likes to hike and explore various landscapes in New Mexico. One of his favorite hobbies is also the study of Astronomy and Cosmology. “We tend to be very busy in our day to day lives, and I find that it can be good to venture outside, away from the noise and see the world beyond our front door in this magnificent Universe.”

Alvin Rael is the Sales Portfolio Manager for Santa Fe BMW and MINI. He has been with Santa Fe BMW/MINI for eleven years and has been working his way up through company since day one. Alvin started his career at Santa Fe BMW as a client advisor. One year later, he was promoted to Finance Manager and then became the General Sales Manager for Santa Fe MINI three years ago. Now, starting this month, Alvin will be taking over the Sales Portfolio Manager title for Santa Fe BMW as well as Santa Fe MINI.

Alvin says that he loves coming to work and looks forward to what the future will bring for Santa Fe BMW, Motorrad, and MINI, along with Sandia Automotive as a whole. “I am very excited and blessed to work with a great group of people both in Santa Fe and Albuquerque,” says Alvin, “Sandia Automotive Group is family and I am honored to be a part of it!”
Outside of work Alvin loves spending time with his wife. He says after raising four children together, ages now ranging from 21 to 28, they have so much fun just the two of them and enjoy doing whatever sounds enjoyable at the time.

Susan started her sales career with Santa Fe BMW in 2000. It was the BMW brand that brought her to the automotive industry, and she is extremely enthusiastic when it comes to advocating for both BMW and Mini Cooper. For many year’s Susan has driven both brands and together with her knowledge and love for both BMW and Mini Cooper she keeps her clients happy and up to date so they too can continue to be just as enthusiastic as she is.

Her continuous relationships that she has maintained with her clients has always been 100% and when they ask her what her favorite BMW is she replies BMW 3 series.

In her spare time Susan enjoys the outdoors and the beautiful art of her husband Peter, they have one son Paul who like his mother is now a BMW enthusiast.

James Day is a Client Advisor for BMW and Mini Cooper. He as been working for Santa Fe BMW for 6 years. James is a great client advisor who always has a calm demeanor and smile on his face that creates a wonderful experience with all he encounters and works with.

Outside of work James is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoys his morning walks with his beautiful wife. He stays active within his community and is a master craftsman who makes and builds his own guitars.

His first BMW was in 1975 model 2002 and has had a passion with them ever since

Marisa Garcia is new to the BMW and Mini Cooper family she has been part of the Automobile world for over a year now. Her love for BMW and Mini Cooper comes from not only driving BMW, but watching her husband one of Santa Fe BMW Technicians work and talk about BMW also. Her bright and cheerful smile is a great addition to the BMW Family.

When not at work Marisa loves to swing dance, binge watch movies and spend time with her family.
