Truly a World Class Service Department. Can’t tell you enough how rare it is that Dealership Service Departments go the extra mile. After my oil change the good guys in service brought the car to me at my work because they took notice I wasn’t going to make it back to pick it up before they closed. Really appreciate it and will make it a point to get my next Cooper from these guys!

Great dealership! I was given an inaccurate quote for an alignment. When I was given the bill after the work was completed, I told Paul, the Mobility Specialist, I was quoted at a much lower price. He told me to give him a second. When he came back, Paul and the Service Manager agreed to HONOR the original quote! Amazing! Thank you so much Mini Cooper of Santa Fe!

I spoke with Sean, the service manager today. While he acknowledges he has had trouble getting back to everyone who leaves a message, there are a few things I think we need to improve. I think he should be given some support in scheduling appointments. No one should have to schedule appointments by voice mail when the receptionists could easily do this.
